Mountain Spirit

Here's an animation of a mountain spirit out on a peaceful morning walk in the mountains! The painterly style of the background is inspired by those of Studio Ghibli, and the design of the mountain spirit takes inspiration from the traditional rice hats and hanfu of China.

There are 5 layers of parallax in the final animation, created using Photoshop, Aftereffects, and Blender's Grease Pencil. Sound effects were added after the animation was finished, all taken from Mixkit; everything else is my own work.
